Potion of Inebriation, also known as Bliteram.

Reagents:
Boiled Sand Tiger Teeth, fire ant legs, Wasp antennae, ground Liga berries, bottle of elven ice wine, quart of boiling water

Frequency:

Cost:
Moderatly Expensive

Effects:
The imbiber of this potion will become drunk very rapidly. They feel as if they had consumed enough alcohol to kill them, though they actually consumed none (the ice wine is boiled which removes the alcohol). The user will walk, talk, and act completely drunk.

Defenses:
Not go near the person?

Flaws:
Sometimes the effects of the potion work longer than expected or never stop working.
