Medieval Clothing & Costumes
Medieval clothing was similar, but different than what we wear today. While a peasant might wear a simple tunic, robe, and shoes, an aristocrat would wear elaborate clothing and jewelry to show off their position within the feudal hierarchy.
Today, medieval costumes are worn to renaissance faires and banquets, the occasional medieval wedding, reenactments, and costume parties.
